Convert one photo or many into a single PDF document in seconds. It is made for the uploads Indians do most: government portals, college admissions, scholarship forms, job applications and assignments.
Everything happens in your browser. Your Aadhaar, PAN, marksheets and certificates are never uploaded to any server.
Most online forms limit the PDF size. A PDF made from phone photos is often 3 to 10 MB, so it gets rejected. Pick the limit before converting and the tool reduces image quality only as much as needed to fit.
The result shows the final size and a clear tick when it fits. If it cannot fit while staying readable, the tool tells you instead of hiding it.

Auto orientation makes each page portrait or landscape to match its photo, so wide images are not shrunk onto a tall page.
Not with Best quality. Your JPG photos are placed into the PDF exactly as they are, with no re-compression. The PDF is roughly the same size as your photos added together.
Quality is reduced only when you choose a size limit or Clean document. Even then, the tool keeps as much detail as the limit allows.
If the form wants a separate photo under 50KB, use the image compressor for 20KB, 50KB or 100KB. For passport size or exact pixels, use the passport size photo resizer.
