📌 Short version: You see your full resume free before paying, and files download instantly. There is no subscription to cancel. If a payment fails to deliver your files or you are charged twice, we refund it in full.
1. Delivery
Paid products on ToolsFlow are digital files. They are created in your browser and download instantly after a successful payment. Nothing is shipped.
If your download does not start, open the same page again in the same browser. Your Rs 99 resume pass stays active for 30 days (3 resume versions for one person). On a new device, use "Restore my purchase" with your email and payment ID.
2. Cancellation
The ATS Resume Builder (Rs 99) and its top-up (Rs 49) are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. If we launch a monthly plan later (for example Career Agent), you will be able to cancel it any time and it will not renew after that. Every product page shows its price before you pay, and this policy applies to all our paid products unless that page says otherwise.
3. When We Refund in Full
- Money was taken but your files could not be downloaded, and we cannot fix it
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- A technical fault on our side made the file unusable
4. When We Cannot Refund
Because you can see and check the complete resume free before paying, we do not refund after a successful download for a change of mind, a typo in your own details, or not getting a job or interview.
5. How to Ask for a Refund
Email toolsflow.in@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_) and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, as processed by Razorpay and your bank.
