📌 Short version: Most tools are free. The ATS Resume Builder is free to build and Rs 99 once to download. Other paid career products may come at other prices, always shown before you pay. Your files stay on your device. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
1. About ToolsFlow
ToolsFlow (https://toolsflow.in) is an online tools website run by Prajwal Karkera, an individual based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website you agree to these terms.
2. Using the Tools
- Use the tools only for lawful purposes
- Results such as ATS scores are guidance. They do not promise a job, interview or any outcome
- Tools are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors
3. Paid Products
ATS Resume Builder pass: Rs 99, one-time payment, for one person (the name on the resume). For 30 days you get:
- 3 resume versions: your main resume plus 2 copies tailored to other jobs
- Each as a PDF and an editable Word file, plus a matching cover letter and a plain text copy
- Edit and download those 3 versions again as often as you like during the 30 days
Top-up: Rs 49 adds 3 more versions to an active pass.
Your pass is saved in the browser you paid on. On another device, use "Restore my purchase" with your email and Razorpay payment ID, or a backup file.
More products: we are building more career products, such as job application packs, mock interviews and Career Agent. They may be priced differently, for example Rs 49, Rs 99, Rs 199 or Rs 299, as a one-time payment or a monthly plan. Each product page shows its price and exactly what you get before you pay.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically
- Building and previewing your resume is free, so you see the exact file before you pay
- Files are created in your browser and downloaded right after payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. You can pay by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.
5. Your Content
Your resume and the details you type are saved only in your own browser. They are not uploaded to our server. You are responsible for the content of your resume and for keeping a copy of your files.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, its design, templates and text belong to ToolsFlow. The resume you create with our templates is yours to use for your job applications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ToolsFlow is not liable for any indirect loss from using the website or tools. For a paid product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
